Multi-channel X-Ray Fluorescence Element Analyzer


Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) is a well-established and powerful tool for nondestructive elemental analysis of virtually any material. X-Ray Element Analyzer is widely used for environmental, industrial, pharmaceutical, forensic, and scientific research applications to measure the concentration of elemental constituents or contaminants. The fluorescing atoms can be excited by energetic electrons, ions, or photons. A particular Single Channel Analyzer EDXRF method, monochromatic microfocus X-ray fluorescence (MμEDXRF), has proven to be remarkably powerful in measurement of trace element concentrations and distributions in a large variety of important medical, environmental, and industrial applications. When used with state-of-the-art doubly curved crystal (DCC) X-ray optics, this technique enables high-sensitivity, compact, low-power, safe, reliable, and rugged analyzers for insitu, online measurements in industrial process, clinical, and field settings. This new optic-enabled MμEDXRF Multi-Channel Element Analyzer technique, called high definition X-ray Fluorescence Element Analyzer (HD XRF), is described in this paper.

Principle of Analysis
XRF is used to analyze the element content in the material by using the X-ray fluorescence analysis technique and using the method of energy dispersion.



Product Features

♢ Representativeness: the measuring device is well circulated and mixed evenly. The results of the measurement accurately reflect the real situation of the pulp.
♢ Adaptability: Measurements are not affected by site factors such as concentration, particle size, gas bubbles, velocity, delamination, etc. Using the normal temperature semiconductor detector, it does not need liquid nitrogen refrigeration and can work at normal temperature. The X-ray tube is used, and the radioactive source is not used.
♢ A new type of nuclear electronic technology and nuclear energy spectrum analysis technology have been developed to perform comprehensive analysis of complex energy spectrum and eliminate mutual interference between different elements.
♢ The working status is stable, the analysis accuracy is high, the reliability is strong, the operation is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and the software interface is friendly and humanized.
