Ultrasonic washing tank not only can be single used, but also can be equipped with extension tank, with PID accurate temperature control, which is convenient to wash various appliances to reach the best washing effect.
It is made of high quality stainless steel and surface is treated by electrolysis. Each connection adopts a circular-arc connection mode, which avoids residueis retention, is easy to wash and has an elegant appearance. Heat insulation materials with good performance are pasted on outer surface of the tank, which can reduce the consumption of heat and reduce noise.
Gas spring of switching door inside can slow down the speed of switching door, prevent operator from clamping injury, relieve the tension of witching door and be convenient to operate.
Spray tank: It not only can be connected with ultrasonic washer to become connecting body tank, but also can be single used. Strength circulating pump and special spray nozzle is applied, wash and flush many times treated by ultrasonic pre-and post under the function of circulating pump, with the function of boiling disinfection and oiling.
Drying tank: It not only can be single used, but also can be associated with other two tanks. High quality effective air filter, heater and imported effective fan are applied, which can dry goods after washing and disinfection.
The above three tanks use PLC and touch screen, which have an accurate stable control and friendly man-machine interface.
Core components including circulating pump, solenoid valve, oiling pump, electric element adopt international brand products, which improve the stability of instruments greatly.
Safety feature
Heating under water shortage, ultrasonic protection: When water level in tank is lower than setting water level due to some reasons, the device can't begin to heat and ultrasonic work, which can prevent the device from running under water shortage and bringing harm to appliances and washed goods.
Over temperature protection of heating tube: It cuts off power to make sure that the device can run safely when the heating tube caused by some reason is on overheating.
Safety protection of electric power: The design with short circuit and leakage protection function make sure of safety of device and operator.
